Role - Lead Speech and Language Therapist

Salary: £56,000 - £61,800 + (dependent on experience) benefits

Location: South East London

Introduction: We are seeking a skilled Lead Speech and Language Therapist to join our client's dynamic and supportive therapy team at a prestigious brain injury rehabilitation unit in South East London. This is a unique opportunity to work with a renowned provider of complex care, where your expertise will contribute to the recovery and well-being of patients with acquired or traumatic brain injuries.

The Candidate: We're looking for an experienced professional with an equivalent to Band 8a experience, ready to lead a specialist Speech and Language Therapy service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurorehabilitation, including postgraduate dysphagia training and proven supervision skills.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility options available.

Lead Speech and Language Therapist - Requirements:

• HCPC registration
• Postgraduate dysphagia training
• Minimum 2 years' experience at Band 7 level in neurorehabilitation
• Experience in managing complex caseloads and leading a team
• Enhanced DBS required

Location: Commutable from Greenwich, Bromley, Dartford, Sevenoaks, Orpington, Bexley, Croydon, and Lewisham
