Lead Software Developer in Test

Are you a testing enthusiast who enjoys breaking things and taking them apart to see how they work? If so, you could be joining a fast-growing Fintech that is helping to revolutionise the market using advanced data-centric, cloud-based technology. This role involves 80% hands-on automation testing and 20% overseeing a team of 4.

There is currently a fully remote interview and onboarding process, as well as the ability to work from home full-time, with brainstorming sessions in the London office once a month.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of testing SQL
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile development processes
• Collaborative with clear communication skills
• Leveraging Selenium Python framework to design and automate end-to-end tests, significantly reducing manual testing effort and improving test coverage
• Interest in Event Driven Architecture
