We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Social Scientist. We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in a relevant role E.g. Social Scientist, Behavioural scientist, ESG Consultant / Advisor, Researcher and with knowledge or experience in a relevant field E.g. Conservation, Rural affairs, Environmental, Sustainability, Agriculture, etc.
This is a standalone role within the organisation that will collaborate with internal teams and work with international stakeholders to interpret and apply existing research and commission or conduct novel research to address knowledge gaps, to increase social understanding, knowledge and acceptability. This is not a theoretical or research-only post, and the post holder will be expected to work cross-departmentally to drive through the development and implementation of a wide-reaching strategy and policy that is evidence based.
