What you will be doing:
We are currently recruiting for a Lead Quality Auditor. This role is a core part of the Civil Aerospace Quality and Assurance function based in Derby. In this role, you will be expected to complete Audits within our Rolls Royce domestic facilities and our suppliers as either a lead or support auditor. This role supports our Civil, Defence and Aftermarket business and will provide a fantastic development opportunity.
The role will provide leadership, expertise, and direction on Quality to the aligned business area through a strategy of Assure, Protect and Enable, so that the business can achieve its goals, enhance its reputation and deliver customer satisfaction.
You will foster strong working relationships across all functions, you will help enable the aligned business to deliver the goal of Zero Defects through the continuous feedback of audit findings and themes, reducing the risks from technical, human and organisational factors to our products.
