  5. Collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to optimize testing workflows.
  6. Scaling the QA function, ensuring future independence from the software team.
What We're Looking For
  1. Experience testing high-performance or distributed systems on Windows & Linux.
  2. Experience with Squish or similar automation tools.
  3. Experience working within a simulation, automotive, robotic or similar industry.
  4. Strong background in test automation and defining automation roadmaps.
  5. CI/CD experience, particularly with GitHub and Jenkins.
  6. Proven leadership experience, scaling a QA team and improving testing processes.
Bonus Points
  1. Familiarity with IPG CarMaker, MATLAB/Simulink, or real-time systems.
  2. Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
  3. Passion for building scalable testing solutions.
Benefits & Package
  1. Salary of £60,000 - £65,000
  2. 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
  3. Pension, income protection, healthcare, and additional benefits.
