Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Product Manager to take a management role in our Product and Business Analysis team, ensuring we deliver impactful, customer-focused solutions that align with our vision. In this role, you will oversee a team of Product Business Analysts and Data Scientists, driving collaboration between our Growth and Technology teams to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and executed seamlessly.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, with flexibility for remote work.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Business Analysis Team: Manage and develop a small team of Product Business Analysts and Data Scientists, fostering ownership of product requirements from definition to delivery.
- Define and Drive Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders across Growth and Technology teams to gather insights, define requirements, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Act as a Product Evangelist: Build awareness and understanding of our product vision both internally and externally.
- Prioritise and Deliver: Scope and prioritise features based on business goals and customer impact, while creating and maintaining product roadmaps.
- Oversee Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align Growth and Technology teams, ensuring the product development process is efficient and outcomes are impactful.
- Champion Connected Solutions: Gain deep expertise in IoT products, EV charging, and energy management to lead the development of cutting-edge solutions.
- Own Product Documentation: Maintain high-quality documentation, ensuring clear communication of product features, APIs, and technical details.
- Use Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to refine product offerings and guide decision-making into the product requirements to make product great for consumers.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading a Product Business Analysis team or similar.
- A passion for writing great requirements and delivering exceptional products.
- Experience building products for connected devices/IoT or knowledge of the EV/energy space.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development, APIs, or web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get hands-on when needed.
- Exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders and influence executive management.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with OCPP, car APIs, or other EV-specific protocols.
- Experience in data science or leveraging analytics for product improvement.
