Minna is the only B2B2C platform with an automated subscription management engine, bank-grade compliance and the widest global subscriptions and payments coverage. We power the subscription economy, helping businesses grow revenue, reduce operational costs, and drive engagement, retention and lifetime value for over 120 million users.

Role Details

The Lead Product Manager - Transaction Enrichment (Data AI & ML), Consumer Clarity Product will help define and lead the product strategy and implementation for the transaction enrichment capabilities, specifically Subscription Identification, but also other data and AI/ML based products.

Minna’s Identify Engine uses proprietary machine learning algorithms that analyse customer transactions to identify recurring spending such as subscriptions. The features for this product include building specific algorithms to support all edge cases, support for different markets and incrementally improving accuracy and coverage of merchants over time. The workstream also includes simplifying the data sharing requirements for customers and banks, and improving technology infrastructure to get results in real time and for 100x scale.

The expectations from this role also include the ability to do comprehensive competitive analysis, pricing evaluation, and building a deep understanding of market readiness considerations. It includes working with GTM and marketing for sharpening the messaging around the USPs of the product, as well as working with sales and leadership to support critical business deals. Finally, you will work with the engineering leadership to define priority of critical features, run POCs to validate hypotheses and ensure the product is delivering the promised value.

There will also be opportunities for this role to work on other data and AI/ML products for building efficiencies in the system and deliver more value to our customers with the use of the right technologies.
