Lead Planner / Planning Manager

Based in Ireland or Northern Ireland, this role presents a great opportunity for career growth across Ireland. The Country Manager for Ireland is looking to hire a strong Planner to lead this job as the No. 1 while also adding value at pre-construction phases for other projects tendered.

This project has been negotiated due to a long-term relationship with this global tech client.

1st phase has been awarded, with a value of between £130-180 Million, and two further phases to follow.

This role has the potential to grow into a portfolio position over time if you possess the people skills and technical agility within planning. This client is not seeking a Primavera jockey to sit behind a desk; they want someone who understands buildability, sequencing, and can develop a program from the ground up.

Do you have the technical know-how combined with a track record of delivering Mega Watt Data Centers for Main Contractors or MEP Contractors? You understand client specifications, risks, and have walked this path before?

The Project

• 2 Years on site based just outside of Londonderry – Northern Ireland
• 1st Phase is 30 Megawatt

What we are seeking

• A strong Senior Planner / Planning Manager with experience in Data, Technology, and Cleanroom type projects
• Confidence and experience to present and manage
• A solid construction background through work and education
• Clear strength and awareness of Primavera / P6 Software
• Able to work collaboratively with clients and consultants
• This is NOT a hybrid role; you will be expected to be based on-site and in the Head Office
• This is a permanent role; the client is looking for someone seeking a career, not just a job
