Lead PHP Developer

We are looking for a Lead PHP Developer to join an award-winning consultancy who work alongside organizations to help shape, optimize organizational structure, strategy, and improve their working cultures.

They have now invested in building out a product which will underpin their consultancy work by providing insight into organizations and how these improvements can be made.

The role:

1. The product has been built out as a POC and we are now looking for someone to come in and lead the ongoing development which has been outsourced to date.
2. This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside their current external partners with the idea of bringing this in-house and building your own team.
3. You will have experience building out greenfield products from early stages that can ingest and reflect large amounts of data.
4. You will be the technical lynchpin within the consultancy and will be responsible for roadmapping, defining technical requirements, and hiring.
