Job Description:
Purpose - LEAD PARTNER – NURTURE (Maternity Cover)
The referral only nurture programme at JCDecaux is designed to help start-ups scale through outdoor advertising. Since launching in the UK in 2015, JCDecaux has helped over 250 start-ups from a range of sectors achieve brand fame and scale. Through the Nurture programme, JCDecaux provides start-ups with a wealth of data, design and creative support, as well as matching what the start-ups invest in media with JCDecaux. The programme now also operates in 12 other JCDecaux markets.
The Lead Partner for Nurture is responsible for identifying and developing long-term relationships with the C-Suite at the UK’s fastest growing start-ups and scale-ups, as well as forging referral partnerships with Senior members of leading Venture Capital funds and other influential organisations who share our mission to support early stage businesses and who could introduce members of their portfolio or community to the Nurture programme.
The main focus is widening the incremental revenue stream coming to JCDecaux from start-ups investing in out of home in the UK and maintaining the pace of growth of the programme, as well as increasing the value of the average client spend.
