£40,000 - £45,000 + Car + Healthcare + Life Assurance + Bonus (6%) + Holidays (28 plus banks)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global market leading renewable energy leader, where you will be the 'go to' technical expert within the team, within a company offering further training and career development.

The company is an engineering, procurement & construction specialist within the Renewables market, with a presence across the world. With major Solar farm developments across the area managed above, my client is looking for a Lead O&M Engineer to join the team.

In this role, you will be leading a team of technicians across various solar farm developments. You will support with the maintenance schedules, be the 'go to' technical hands-on engineer, commissioning of new farms and much more.

The Role:

1. Lead Solar O&M Engineer
2. Lead maintenance activities
3. Assist with commissioning activities
4. Field Based - Monday - Friday

The Person:

1. Strong Operations & Maintenance electrical solar background
2. Electrically qualified / time served
3. Full UK Driving License
