We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lead Mechanical Engineer Building Services to join our team and play a key role in the upkeep of a brand new Campus for a Global leading Organisation.

About the Role

• You'll be responsible for the upkeep of the Mechanical Services at our Fabulous Corporate Client site. Working at their Brand New State of the art Campus, you'll get to know the building and its Mechanical Services and ensure they are kept serviced and running. You'll be responsible for one other member of staff within your team and attend Out of Hours call outs when required. You'll be the face of our Mechanical Services Team on site, interacting with the client, internal stakeholders, and sub-contractors.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of Level 2 plumbing or equivalent Mechanical qualification
• Experience in a mechanical building environment.
• Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Supervision of specialist sub-contractors
• Undertake routine maintenance and ensure that systems are maintained to the appropriate standard as defined by relevant regulation and best practice
• Carry out like for like asset replacement and minor new works as directed.
• Ability to communicate.
• Competent at using Microsoft Office packages eg Excel/Word/Outlook
