Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
3. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.
4. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
