Lead Maintenance Engineer

An independent and successful food manufacturer is seeking an experienced multi-skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer / Team Leader to work on a 4 on 4 off Days & Night shift pattern. As Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will be managing 2 other Engineers on your shift to ensure effective maintenance operations. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing equipment performance.
