Job description
Lead Maintenance Engineer
My client is currently recruiting for a lead engineer for a new contract based around Oxford street/Piccadilly area. You will be level 3 qualified either electrically or mechanically with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Duties will include:
- All planned and reactive maintenance, including lighting and power
- Single and three phase fault finding back to panels and fuse boards
- Checking the BMS system
- Plant checks, AHU, fan coils, and HVAC fault finding
- Escorting subcontractors
- Working with the client
- Using the CAFM system and general paperwork
Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: 51K plus call out, overtime, and company benefits.
