Lead Maintenance Engineer

Must Love Fixing Things, Not Just Hitting Them with a Hammer!

Do you have a knack for keeping heavy machinery in check, an eye for electrical wizardry, and a healthy respect for heights? If so, our client wants YOU (Electrical Bias/Multi-Skilled)! We're on a mission to take our site's maintenance to world-class levels, and we need a hands-on problem solver who can lead the charge (and not just press "reset" when something beeps).

What You'll Be Doing (Besides Looking Heroic in a Hard Hat)

1. Keeping our machinery in top shape with planned preventative maintenance (because breakdowns love bad timing).
2. Troubleshooting complex electrical faults - PLCs, motors, inverter drives, you name it.
3. Leading a small but mighty team - planning work, providing technical guidance, and sharing your mechanical/electrical wisdom.
4. Developing and managing maintenance systems (yes, some paperwork, but we promise it's worth it).
5. Making sure our site is compliant with safety regs - because safety first, superhero stunts second.
6. Proactively improving our processes and equipment to boost efficiency.

What We're Looking For (No Wizards, Just Skilled Humans)

1. Solid experience in electrical & mechanical engineering (bonus points if you can fix things without swearing).
2. A recognized electrical qualification - because we like our sparks in the circuits, not flying around.
3. Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems - think ahead, not just fix what's broken.
4. Some knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives & electrical drawings (you don't need to be an AI, just smarter than the machines).
5. Comfortable working at heights - we won't ask you to join the circus, but MEWP skills are a must.
