Lead Maintenance Engineer

Chatham, Kent

Up to £49,000 + £2.5k Bonus + 26 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + 6% Pension + Benefits

Are you a Lead Maintenance Engineer looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out all aspects of electrical maintenance.

The Role

As the Lead Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the following:
  1. Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance.
  2. Working on a Mon - Fri Mornings and Afternoons, 8am - 5pm (40hrs)
  3. Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Electrical building equipment, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lights, Switches, Sockets, Fuse Boards.
  4. General maintenance duties as and when required - lamp changes, filter changes, bulbs etc.
What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Electrical Improver, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
  1. You will hold Electrical C&G's or NVQ Level 2/3 (Essential), 18th Edition would be great but not essential.
  2. At least 6+ years' experience working within the commercial FM space.
  3. Strong communication skills, to be able to work face-to-face with the client.
  4. Can do attitude, willing to be flexible and learn more skills and grow within the company into senior roles.
