  1. Establishing pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicating these integration points to relevant collaborators.
  2. Working with stakeholders outside of the Platform to ensure interlock and enable the platform to deliver at pace.
  3. Collaborating with Platform/Lab Leadership to plan and prioritise integration-related tasks (including technical integration tasks).
  4. Coordinating the integration process and/or implementation events across shared infrastructure, ensuring smooth transitions.
  5. Proactively finding opportunities to optimize the flow of work, mitigating and resolving blockers to delivery.
  6. Providing expertise and support for governance activities owned by the Product Owner or Engineering Leads at Platform/Lab level.
  7. Managing suppliers (3rd Party), providing oversight and managing underperformance.
  8. Significant experience with Agile methodology and tools.
  9. Solid grasp and background in coordinating critical connections and managing collaborator disagreements.
  10. Experience in planning, tracking, reporting, and governance, with a focus on improving delivery speed and quality.
  11. Influencing positively - demonstrating the right values and behaviours and encouraging this in team members.

Experience of the following will also be useful to this role

  1. Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product and Engineering colleagues to drive outcomes for customers.
  2. Extensive knowledge and experience of the Software Delivery Life Cycle.
  3. Versed in technical architecture principles and experience of system architecture and integration.
  4. Knowledge of governance activities and supporting large-scale change initiatives within a financial services organisation.
  5. Proficient in risk management, including identifying, assessing and mitigating risks.
  6. Skilled in budget management, ensuring delivery within financial constraints and optimising resource allocation.
