Job Description

A leading nationwide architecture studio is seeking experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Senior Architects, Technologists, and Part 3 Qualified Architects to join their growing London team in Central London.

As part of an international and diverse 50-strong team, you’ll be working on projects already on-site and several ready to enter planning, giving you the chance to take a leading role in delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and project management on complex residential schemes

- Applying strong technical knowledge to ensure high-quality design implementation

- Overseeing projects on-site with excellent site management and coordination skills

- Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations & NHBC requirements

- Collaborating closely with a dynamic and ambitious team

Skills and Experience:

- Proven UK construction experience in the residential sector

- Deep understanding of Building Regulations & NHBC requirements

- Strong Revit skills

- Passion for design implementation and project delivery

- Full-time office-based role (5 days a week)
