Lead Graphic Designer - Elevate Your Creativity

Are you a creative powerhouse with a keen eye for design and a passion for crafting visually stunning marketing materials? My client is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring their brand to life across a range of digital and print platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

Creative & Design:

  • Develop high-quality marketing materials including brochures, signage, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media assets.
  • Refine layouts, typography, and visual elements to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Prepare print-ready artwork, liaising with external suppliers to guarantee outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute campaigns that captivate relevant audiences.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Project Management & Execution:

  • Handle multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Communications) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Support the digital team by optimising assets for websites, social media, and online campaigns.

Brand & Compliance:

  • Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring all materials reflect our premium positioning.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with health & safety standards and compliance requirements.

Collaboration & Influence:

  • Partner with marketing managers, sales teams, and external agencies to develop standout creative solutions.
  • Liaise with photographers, videographers, and illustrators to enhance marketing collateral.
  • Provide design expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders, upholding best practices.
What We're Looking For:

Creative flair with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.
Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within an in-house marketing team or agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A collaborative mindset, working effectively with internal and external teams.
