Lead Generation Specialist

Due to continued success and company growth, our client is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join their team to help them with their ambitious growth plans. The company is a well-established, long-running business that has gone from strength to strength. Based in Redditch with free parking, this is a great opportunity to work for a company that likes to develop their people and promote from within. This role could lead into a Business Development Manager role.

The Lead Generation Specialist key duties include:

1. Follow up from email marketing that has been sent out to prospective clients.
2. Promoting the client and the services that they offer, finding the best solution for them.
3. Follow up warm leads given to you by the business as well as creating new leads through your own means.
4. Maintaining and accurately tracking the customer details on the company's database.
5. Developing customer relationships and updating the database accurately.

The successful Lead Generation Specialist candidate will have the following skills and experience:

1. Previous sales and business development experience.
2. Confident on the phone.
3. Good IT skills.
4. Good attention to detail.

In return, you can expect to receive a basic salary of £24,000, rising after 12 months by 4%, which will then align with their annual pay reviews. Plus, there is an opportunity to earn uncapped commission, with a realistic figure for the 1st year being £2,500.
