Lead FM Project Manager Lifecycle – PFI Healthcare – Birmingham c£68k

Working for the Facilities Management provider, you will manage a team of PM’s and lifecycle projects at a hospital site in Birmingham. You will need extensive lifecycle project management experience, preferably within a healthcare environment, and a solid understanding of PFI contracts and deeds of variation.

A knowledge of HTM’s and HBN’s is also required.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, including lifecycle projects, variations, enquiries, and defects. Typical projects will include chiller replacement, LED lighting replacement, plant room upgrades, and change of use for rooms.

The team enjoys a good working relationship with the trust and the SPV, and parking is provided.
