The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Lead Field Service Engineer to join an organisation based in High Peak.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrically Bias Service Engineer to travel internationally, leading teams on installation projects.

The successful candidate will be based within a 1-hour drive of High Peak.

Scope of role:

1. Responsible for leading individual teams on site to specific installation goals
2. Participate in meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
3. Work on the tools with the installation team mainly in an electrical capacity, with some mechanical skills

Essential Criteria:

1. Strong Electrical background
2. Excellent people management skills and a proven ability to manage teams on site
3. Experience with automated processing machinery would be an advantage
4. This role involves significant periods of time working away from home (Estimated around 50% of the year). Candidates must be comfortable with this.
