CALLING ALL Lead/Exec Event Producers

I am working closely with a Global Event Production Agency, known for blending creativity, diversity, and cutting-edge innovation, is looking for an experienced Senior Events Producer with a strong background in Fashion and Luxury. In this role, you will work closely with the Projects Director and the Creative Team. The position requires a distinctive mix of creative vision and technical skill.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects end-to-end, including client liaison, budget management, and supplier coordination.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle guest management, including communication, guest movements, and travel.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to bring a client’s vision to life within their budget requirements.
  • Manage and mentor two junior team members, helping them develop their skillset.
  • Create, develop, and effectively communicate schedules and deliverables for each event.
  • Deliver events that exceed client expectations while meeting the target bottom line.
  • Provide post-event reports for each project, from pre-production to event wrap-up.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Act as an ambassador, bringing in new business through networks and outreach.
Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in event production, managing budgets over £500k.
  • Experience with national and international clients and projects.
  • Confident in pitching, writing, and presenting ideas clearly, both internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements for large-scale projects, with the ability to confidently brief suppliers and communicate visions with clients.
  • A keen interest in and understanding of the luxury market.
  • Knowledge of requirements for high-end events in corporate, fashion, and private client sectors.
  • Known within the world of Luxury and Fashion with established relationships.
  • Discreet, professional, and articulate, with excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, meeting the highest standards for the most particular clients.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to meet tight deadlines and changing requirements.
  • Strong admin and IT skills.
