Your role will involve:

  • Establish and oversee enterprise architecture standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
  • Lead a team of architects and provide guidance on solution design, integration, and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insight on emerging technologies and their impact on supply chain operations.
  • Drive the adoption of Oracle Fusion ERP, cloud-based solutions, data-driven architectures, and interoperability frameworks.
  • Architectural designs meet security, regulatory, and performance requirements, particularly within a SIAM (Service Integration and Management) environment.
  • Mentor and develop internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and architectural best practices are embedded within the organisation.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture, ERP transformation, and IT strategy within a complex, regulated environment.
  • Experience of transformation using integrations to segment legacy systems and progressively transform in logical phases.
  • Experience of Oracle Fusion ERP, cloud computing (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud), enterprise integration, data architecture, and modern software architectures.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing enterprise-wide architectural governance and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into technical strategies, and drive architectural decisions.
  • Expertise in TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Experience working within a SIAM model, ensuring interoperability across multiple service providers.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NCSC guidelines) and secure-by-design principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP transformation, supply chain modernisation, and integration of Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and architectural modelling tools (e.g. Cameo, ArchiMate, EA Sparx).

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in supply chain ERP transformation, logistics, or procurement systems.
  • Understanding of AI/ML, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Certification in TOGAF, ITIL v4, or cloud architecture frameworks (Azure/AWS/Oracle Cloud Architect). Exposure to data science and analytical tooling such as SAS or Posit.
