Shift: Days and Nights 12hr Shift

Location: Eye, Suffolk

We are recruiting an experienced Lead Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturer. You'll work in a semi-automated facility with industry-leading training and clear progression routes. Extensive ongoing training is provided to keep up with evolving technology. This is a great opportunity to refine your skills with advanced equipment through planned and reactive maintenance. The role follows a rotating days and nights shift pattern, so please apply only if you can accommodate this. As the Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the site runs efficiently, with minimal downtime, while supporting and developing a team of engineers. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.

Skills required for Lead Engineer:

1. Multi Skilled - Either Mechanical or Electrical
2. Industrial Background
3. An FMCG/Factory background would be desirable
4. Engineering Qualifications
