Aligned to our growth strategy and further to our successful enhancement of our online HR platform Linea, we are now looking to further expand our team and drive our HR platform Linea, to the next level.

We’re seeking a dynamic and ambitious Lead Development Specialist, ideally with a background in SaaS or membership sales. This role is critical to identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads at the top of our sales funnel. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their unique needs, and work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless experience as prospects progress through the pipeline.

What You’ll Do

As a Lead Development Representative, you will be responsible for pursuing and generating new leads.

How You'll Do It

  • Inbound Qualification: systematically follow up on all weekly inbound leads provided to you and nurture relationships with HR decision-makers to generate new business opportunities
  • Outbound Prospecting: Develop and execute outreach strategies using multi-channel approaches (email, LinkedIn, phone calls) to engage potential clients effectively
  • Qualify Leads: Conduct initial conversations with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions and services
  • CRM (Hubspot) Management: Accurately record lead interactions and maintain a clean, up-to-date database in our CRM system, allowing for effective pipeline management and tracking
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, ensuring a smooth hand-off of qualified leads and maintaining a feedback loop for continuous process improvement
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and monthly/quarterly company meetings
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of HR trends as well as products and services
  • Communicate and establish expectations for weekly activities, pipelines, and forecasts.

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in lead generation (B2B), sales development, membership sales or a related role, ideally with a strong emphasis on professional services and SaaS
  • Sales Acumen: demonstrated understanding of the sales cycle and SaaS subscription models, with the ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and familiar with lead generation and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Experience selling HR/Recruitment/Training/Wellness and/or employee benefits products is a plus
  • SaaS experience an advantage

Qualifications (ideally)

  • Sales and / or Marketing qualification
