Job description

Lead Dental Nurse / Bidford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Bidford-upon-Avon to recruit a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Details:

  1. Available as soon as possible.
  2. Notice periods are taken into consideration.
  3. Mixed practice environment.
  4. Full time opportunity - 40 hours per week available.
  5. Monday - Friday with working hours to be discussed.
  6. Rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience.
  7. Fully funded GDC, CPD & professional indemnity fees.
  8. Practice bonus scheme in place.
  9. Uniform provided.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in various duties such as chairside duties, patient care, infection control, setting up decontamination of instruments, and maintaining equipment.
  2. Lead & mentor a team of Nurses.
  3. Oversee reception & staff rotas.
  4. Ensure CQC requirements are met & manage audits.
  5. Maintain stock and work alongside the PM to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
  6. Occasional reception duties.

Practice provides general dentistry alongside Orthodontics & Hygiene services. Computerised practice.

All candidates must be a GDC registered Nurse & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
