Package: Up to £100k + excellent benefits including:

We are pleased to be supporting our client in their search for a Lead Construction Manager to play a key role in Gatwick’s future.

Reporting to the Head of the Project Management office, and working closely with senior leaders, you will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency in construction management. You'll lead and develop the team, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set clear standards for reporting, auditing, and reviews.
• Develop performance measures to improve efficiency.
• Optimise team resources for better project delivery.
• Apply industry best practices and lessons learned.
• Ensure effective Project Execution Planning.
• Support teams with constructability advice.

What You’ll Need:

• Degree (or equivalent) in engineering, construction, or business.
• Experience managing construction in large infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership of small teams (up to 10 people).
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and quality management.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar frameworks.
• Chartered Engineering membership.
