Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,321.51 - £33,353.66 (depending on experience and skills)

We are looking for a Lead Client Care Coordinator to join our West London team and play a vital role in delivering a safe, consistent, and sustainable service to our clients. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Lead Client Care Coordinator will provide leadership and support to a team of Client Care Coordinators, ensuring exceptional service at every stage of a client’s treatment journey.

This is a fast-paced and varied role, requiring a confident and experienced individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will ensure that our clients receive the best first impressions, tailored support, and swift access to treatment.
