Lead Care Professional

Location: Sheffield North (S35 2XQ)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Rota: 5-day week, 9-hour availability, alternate weekends and occasional nights
Salary: £25,350 - £26,325
Experience: Care experience required

Your Role as a Lead Care Professional:

1. Deliver and uphold the highest standards of care.
2. Ensure clients receive person-centered, high-quality services.
3. Act as a mentor to Care Professionals, providing field-based support and guidance.
4. Help improve care quality, ensuring our team is well-equipped and confident in their roles.

1. Previous experience in a care role, ideally with leadership responsibilities.

3. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional quality of care. Experience in delivering services.
• Ability to coach and mentor care professionals.
• Administration experience is required.
