£55,000 - £65,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 5)

We’re looking for a Lead Business Improvement Analyst to join us in our Transformation team. We’ll look to you to lead on the delivery of complex improvement projects across the business - working closely with improvement specialists, business analysts and change management professionals.
In this role, you’ll be building relationships with stakeholders across the business, helping to design and deliver business improvements that truly make a difference. And as our go-to expert on all things business improvement, you’ll play a key role in shaping our improvement services and boosting our capabilities across the Co-op. Ready to take the reins?
