We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Lead Business Architect to join NFU Mutual, Which? Insurance Brand of the Year for the 3rd consecutive year, where you'll work across a range of internal functions and have senior stakeholder engagement. You'll be part of our strategy department, that works directly with the Chief Executive Officer, to help understand and deliver the strategy of the whole enterprise.
The role of our Lead Business Architects is to align the organisation to the effective delivery of strategy. This includes the provision of professional business architecture and design authority services to business areas, change programmes and across the organisation and portfolio. This involves shaping, prioritising and governing change initiatives needed for the delivery of company and divisional strategies.
Working alongside fellow Lead Business Architects your role will focus predominately on defining and aligning Target Operating Models (TOMs), working closely with Divisions and HR.
You will also lead and shape critical strategic change elements by supporting the delivery of early thinking, to help understand overall target state implications and drive out clarity on optimum scope and sequencing.
With excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, you will demonstrate a consultancy style approach to your work and interactions. You'll be a strategic thinker, comfortable with ambiguity, confident in reviewing and understanding technical information, with the ability to translate and present this to a non-technical audience at ex-co level. You'll be able to prioritise and communicate what is needed and challenge back where necessary. It is desirable that you have a Business Architecture or Enterprise Architecture qualification e.g. TOGAF
