Lead Administrator

Lead Administrator opportunity available with a Kent-based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor that specialises in planned maintenance & reactive service works on Electrical & Fire systems across the South East.

This opportunity comes with a basic salary up to £35,000 (Dependent on experience) and will involve the following duties:

1. Coordinating service schedules, engineer diaries, and customer appointments.
2. Managing less experienced members of the admin team.
3. Work alongside Electrical Contracts Manager & QS for contract support.
4. Comfortable being involved with clients' meetings & on-site visits.

Lead Administrator Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of administrative experience (ideally from the Electrical/Fire & Security industry).
2. Experience coordinating service schedules, engineer diaries, and customer appointments.
3. Familiarity with reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and compliance documentation.
4. Proficiency in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
5. Experience using industry-specific software (e.g., IBMS, Joblogic, Clik, or similar CAFM systems).
6. Confident liaising with clients, suppliers, engineers, and management.
7. Live within a commutable distance of Erith, Kent.
