If you think you can solve these problems and lots more, then come and join the LEGO customer service team. We’re looking for energised and empathetic people who speak both English and Latvian fluently to join our growing team of advisors in Slough.
Our Consumer and Shopper Engagement Team handles over three million queries across five global contact centres from LEGO fans every year and we respond to consumers in over 22 different countries. From building tips and advice on the latest sets, to troubleshooting and tracking down rare parts, we cover a huge range of topics, which makes every day totally different.
Starting salary is £28,000 per annum plus awesome benefits including a performance based/discretionary bonus of up to 10%. This role is fixed-term until the end of January 2025.
Full in-person training will be given with a 4 week induction, followed by 2 weeks on-the-job support. We exemplify our People Promise by embracing the different life situations of our colleagues. So, as Customer Service Advisor you’ll spend a minimum of 2 days working from the office and the option of 3 days from home per week.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
