Latvian/English Speaking Customer Service Agent
Type: Temporary – Ongoing
Salary: £13ph
Location: Wokingham – Work From Home
Our client based in Wokingham is looking for a Latvian/English Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team. This is an ongoing temporary role working from home and paying a salary of £13ph. This is a full-time position working the hours of 7am – 4pm. Please note as this is a temporary role you must be available to start immediately.
Main Duties
- Productivity levels such as call answer rates, targets, and workstation attendance
- Data capture accuracy
- Inbound and Outbound calls relating to the product
- Managing customer complaints and escalations within the agreed SLA’s
