A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced signage professional to join one of the UK's leading suppliers of retail graphics. This role is suited to a Production Manager who is looking for progression within their career.
This role has a lot of potential growth and involves managing a team of production staff, managing workloads, training younger members of the team, and hands-on operating during busier periods.
- Extensive large format manufacturing experience is essential.
- Experience within a production management role.
- Hands-on experience of operating large format printing and finishing machinery.
- Knowledge of RIP software such as print Factory or Caldera.
- Strong communication capability, a good attitude to motivate a growing team.
- Be flexible with working overtime when needed.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be commutable to Surbiton.
