Large Format Account Handler/Project Manager

The Graphical Tree are hiring! We are looking for a new person to join our Account Handler / Project Management team.

The job focuses on project management, client liaison, estimating jobs, checking & creating print-ready artwork, and the smooth running of an order from initial inquiry to completion.

This is a great role for someone already working as an account handler or looking to move into the position from a large-format production role.

Role Responsibilities

1. Managing clients' briefs from initial inquiry, advising, and cost estimating, through to project management including organisation of installations and some pre-press.
2. Regular contact with clients to nurture long-term relationships.
3. Key point of contact for clients for day-to-day operational issues.
4. Presentation of our products and services to customers.
5. Working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
6. Site surveys.
7. Client meetings.
8. Delivering a first-class service to customers.
9. Writing up job specifications.
10. Working with the production department to advise and hand over jobs.

We would like you to have/be

1. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, with a good knowledge of Illustrator a must.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Good attention to detail.
4. Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
5. Self-motivated.
6. Strong interpersonal skills.
7. Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
8. Related experience.
9. Experience within the large-format print and display industry.

Please note, that this is not a design position, and is suitable for someone with large-format print experience and good Adobe Creative Suite knowledge, especially Illustrator.

Details

Position: Full-time

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
