CREATIVE OPERATIONS

We're a creative team, building copy, data and visual assets for all our channels. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

LONDON

Our London office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideas, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be an essential part of our LangOps team, responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of copy creation and localisation projects that support our global reach. You will manage end-to-end project workflows, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused results. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in copy and project management, contributing to the overall success and continuous improvement of our processes. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will play a key role in driving the team’s success and supporting our commitment to excellence in language management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Take charge of setting up, briefing, and allocating copy creation and localisation projects across various translation and production tools;
  • Plan and manage the daily workload for both copy creation and localisation projects, create project trackers and timelines, and contribute to quality management for all projects;
  • Serve as a primary advocate for a quality- and customer-focused ethos, acting as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing and resolving requests effectively;
  • Oversee the team’s financial operations, including accurate monthly cost reporting, supporting chargebacks, and reconciling budgets;
  • Collaborate closely with the LangOps Leadership team and the wider copy creation and localisation teams, assisting in the planning and execution of project cycles;
  • Export, import, and validate assets, prepare files in various Microsoft Office formats, and support content uploads into production tools;
  • Build and manage projects within the Translation Management System, analyse content, assign tasks, and oversee projects from initiation to completion;
  • Generate monthly reports on project completion and share them with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Act as an ambassador for the LangOps team, championing best practices in both copy creation and localisation across the organisation.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A project management expert passionate about languages;
  • An experienced copy specialist with a track record of coordinating complex projects, particularly those involving ambiguity in problem-solving;
  • Proficient in the latest translation memory tools, machine translation, and other translation management workflows/software;
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management software is desired;
  • Highly organised and an excellent communicator, with strong intuition and a solution-oriented mindset;
  • Skilled in managing people and stakeholders, with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
