Responsibilities:

1. Be the champion of health and safety compliance, ensuring regulations are followed to the letter.
2. Organise and plan daily tasks for our exceptional team, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.
3. Keep a watchful eye on work progress and performance, ready to take swift action and report any irregularities or challenges to our Contract Manager.
4. Establish and maintain extraordinary client relationships, showcasing our company as the gold standard while meeting and exceeding client expectations.
5. Manage inventory of plants, materials, and equipment effectively.
6. Monitor project progress and effectively resolve any issues that arise.
7. Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring best practices and safety standards are upheld.
8. Foster a positive and productive work environment through regular employee meetings and toolbox talks.
9. Conduct detailed site inspections and prepare progress reports.
10. Assist in financial management by reviewing costs and expenditures to ensure budgets are met.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Soft Landscape Site Supervisor or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge in horticulture, plant species, and landscape maintenance.
3. Leadership qualities that inspire and empower your team.
4. Organizational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to interpret landscape plans and specifications.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. A valid driver's license.
8. Relevant qualifications in horticulture or landscape management are preferred.
9. Having a CSCS card is beneficial; training can be provided if necessary.
