Salary: £32 - £40K

Lead Careers are seeking a talented and passionate Landscape Architect to join a dynamic team within a multidisciplinary studio in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects, ranging from urban landscapes to large-scale masterplans. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments that enhance both natural and built surroundings.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop creative landscape designs and solutions across various project scales
2. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard
3. Lead design projects from concept through to construction, including site analysis, design development, and detailed documentation
4. Create compelling presentations, including 3D visuals, sketches, and detailed drawings
5. Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages
6. Attend client meetings and site visits to monitor progress and ensure successful implementation

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS

1. A degree in Landscape Architecture
2. Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute CMLI (desirable)
3. Strong design and graphic skills
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
5. Experience working across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, public realm, and infrastructure
6. Knowledge of sustainable and environmental design principles
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Strong project management skills
9. A passion for creating innovative and sustainable landscape designs
