Landscape Architect

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Landscape Architect with 2-3 years experience, ideally post-chartership, to join a reputable consultancy firm, specializing in bereavement design and planning.

This full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and a salary of up to £40,000.

As a Landscape Architect, you will develop soft and hard landscaping designs, taking projects from initial concept through to detailed design, tender, and construction phases.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Prepare comprehensive supporting documentation for landscaping projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
2. Preparing contracts, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape projects.
3. Presenting design proposals to clients and engaging effectively with all project stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Previously worked as an Architect, Landscape Architect, Senior Architect, Lead Architect or in a similar role.
2. Possess 2-3 years experience, ideally post-chartership.
3. Understanding of contract preparation, specification development, and cost estimation.
4. Skilled in software applications such as Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Keyscape, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
5. Strong technical and analytical skills.
6. Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits across the UK.
