Are you an experienced Land & Measured Building Surveyor with a passion for historic properties? This prestigious organisation, renowned for its quality and value, is seeking a skilled professional to join their dynamic team. Based near Swindon, Wiltshire, you will conduct detailed topographical, laser and measured building surveys, focusing on heritage and prestige projects while also having the expertise for occasional setting out projects in more traditional construction environments.
In this role, you will ensure the precise collection and seamless integration of survey data. Your responsibilities will include managing survey projects from initiation to completion (including post-process work), as well as maintaining a productive relationship with clients, attending sites with sensitivity and consideration, and being a professional and courteous ambassador for the company.
To excel, you should have a minimum of 2 years' UK experience, proficiency in industry-standard surveying equipment and software (Leica TS13/15 & MS60, AutoCAD, LSS, Cyclone), and excellent communication and client management skills. RICS accreditation (or working towards accreditation) or equivalent is an advantage.
