An established family-run business with over 50 years of expertise in quality building, renovation, and landscaping services is currently expanding their team.
This organization is enjoying considerable growth in the refurbishment sector and is currently seeking 3 x Labourers on a temporary to permanent basis.
We are looking for 3 x Labourers willing to learn new skills and progress to eventually become specialists in the trades of plastering, painting, brickwork, roofing, etc., with an option to learn trades for a couple of years and eventually receive a rise to the wage of a specialist at that time.

Projects undertaken include:

1. Full property refurbishment
2. Painting & Decorating
3. Plastering & Rendering
4. Kitchen & Bathrooms
5. Carpentry & Joinery
6. Tiling & Flooring
7. General Building & Maintenance
8. Brickwork and Repointing
9. Gardening & Grounds Maintenance

Candidate profile:

1. Ambitious and willing to learn trades and develop with a growing business
2. Flexible and hard-working
3. Willing to travel
4. Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport

Details, Salary and benefits:
Usual site hours Monday to Friday are 8am-4.30pm
£26,000-£27,500 per annum depending on experience
Holiday pay

Initial telephone interview
Face-to-face interview
Temporary start trial period agreed, and if successful, will lead to a permanent placement.
