Temp to Perm Labourers Required - Immediate Start!

We are currently seeking 2 hardworking and reliable Labourers for a Temp to Perm position based in Coalville (LE67).

Role Overview: As a Labourer, you will be working across a variety of tasks including:

• Void Property Clearances
• Fly Tipping Removal
• Garden Clearances

Key Details:

• Location: Coalville, LE67
• Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Friday: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Total hours: 36.5 hours per week
• Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour
• Overtime: Optional, paid at time and a half for hours worked beyond 36.5.

What We're Looking For:

• CSCS Card preferred (but not essential)
• Previous experience in similar roles is ideal, but not essential.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to overtime.
• Willingness to undertake physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication skills.
