Location: Lincoln

Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time

Salary: Hourly rate starting from £15.59

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Core Assembly Manager and Team Leaders to support the engine build line.
2. Assist in the lifting and moving of components and engines.
3. Adhere to manufacturing Health, Safety, and Environmental principles.
4. Work together with the team to achieve operational excellence.
5. Take on additional duties that contribute to the performance of the line.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

1. Manual handling
2. Lifting and slinging
3. Experience with cranes
4. Strong safety and quality-driven mindset
5. Proactive nature with a collaborative teamwork approach
6. Valid Driving Licence with less than 6 points

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Knowledge of cranes and lifting techniques
