Construction Labourer

Location: Coventry, CV3
Industry: Construction

Length: 6-weeks work
Start: April 2025
Pay: £15.00 - £16.00 Per Hour

Our client, a Construction Contractor is looking for a CSCS Labourer to work on a project in the Coventry (CV3 area), seeing the project through to handover and completion, over the next 6-8 weeks.

The role requires an organised Labourer who enjoys working in a busy environment, happy to work as part of a team to get the project handed over on time, ensure key milestones are achieved.

Your role will be to ensure that the project is kept safe and tidy, and duties will include:

  • General labouring, tidying and sweeping to ensure a clean organised environment.
  • Moving materials, organising supplies and equipment.
  • Assisting subcontractors and tradespeople on site, with AdHoc tasks.
  • Putting up Heras fencing, barriers and posts to ensure safe working environments.
  • Working with the Site Manager to complete other AdHoc tasks on site.

Candidate will require:

  • A valid CSCS card.
  • Own PPE including Hard Hat, High Vis and Steel Toe Capped Boots.
  • Previous experience working as a Labourer on Construction refurbishment projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, able to take initiative.
