Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in the construction industry. The successful candidate will play an integral role in assisting with various tasks on site, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and tools on site.
2. Prepare and clear sites, ensuring a safe and tidy working environment.
3. Operate basic tools and equipment, as required.
4. Follow instructions from site supervisors and work effectively within a team.
5. Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
6. Assist in general construction tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

1. Previous labouring or construction experience is desirable but not essential.
2. MUST HAVE FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE OR LIVE WITHIN 10 MIN WALK.
3. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
5. A proactive and reliable attitude.
6. Ability to follow health and safety regulations and procedures.
7. Own transport to commute to and from the worksite (if required).

Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential):

Valid CSCS card (Essential)
