As a Biochemistry Technician in the Critical Raw Material Manufacturing Team, your day-to-day activities will involve antibody purification, manufacture of affinity columns in-house, as well as antigen and antibody conjugation including biotinylation and alkaline phosphatase conjugation.
As an Allergy Technician, you will be responsible for performing quality control preparation and testing of production Allergens using the IMMULITE Instruments. You will also perform laboratory techniques to prepare Production Allergen samples for immunoassay testing and carry out Maintenance of IMMulite as specified in relevant procedures. Some knowledge of Immunoassay/In-Vitro diagnostics is desirable.
Working within the Critical Raw Materials Manufacturing team, the Laboratory Operations Technician will be a core contributor to our technical and manufacturing operations teams by performing various laboratory support duties. The role requires hands-on tasks including pipetting, mixing, creating solutions, cleaning and autoclaving glassware and small equipment and equipment maintenance.
Working within CRMM Biology Technicians are responsible for working between the Hybridoma, Molecular Biology and Infectious Disease departments to aid in the manufacture of antigens, mAbs and pAbs for use in immulite assays. Some evidence of experience with analytical techniques (SDS PAGE, Western Blotting, BCA, ELISA) is desirable.
As an inclusive Organic Chemistry Technician, you will synthesize and purify small molecules and further small molecule conjugation. You will also carry out planned work to achieve key milestones set based on priority and maximize efficiency according to set priorities.
