Location: Based in Bury St. Edmunds, UK & International Travel Required
Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

  1. Providing technical support and service for our flow chemistry equipment.
  2. Conducting installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer sites.
  3. Training customers on the use of our products.
  4. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop new solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience in laboratory equipment service and support.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  4. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
