Location: Based in Bury St. Edmunds, UK & International Travel Required
Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

- Providing technical support and service for our flow chemistry equipment.
- Conducting installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer sites.
- Training customers on the use of our products.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to develop new solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in laboratory equipment service and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
